LAUNCH THE PROGRAM

Description

This program is used for the assessment of a concrete (both plain and reinforced) column foundation in terms of soil load-bearing capacity, bending stress in the foundation, and shear stress in the foundation. The methods employed for the assessment are taken form the EN 1992-1-1 strandard [1, Chap. 6].

Using these method, a concrete column foundation loaded by normal force, shear force, and bending moment can be assessed. The program dynamically adjusts according to the concrete type -- i.e. plain or reinforced.

The outputs of this program are assessments of soil stress, bending stress in the foundation, and shear stress in the foundation, providing both the actual values and limiting values, as well as text and color based final assessment.
